Projects and Consulting Engineers, to join its world-class CFD engineering team in Mons or Brussels. In this role, you will perform simulation, analysis and optimization in response to customer requests for consulting projects in various industrial sectors. You will be in contact with our worldwide customers.You will have to manage several consulting projects at the same time. 

The current positions are related to our activities in the Turbomachinery (aero and jet engines) and aerospace industries and we are looking for several engineers to sustain our growth in this sectors.

Required skills:

-A master degree in Fluid Mechanics is a prerequisite;

-Prior experience with industrial CFD package is an asset;

-Prior professional experience is not required but can be an asset;

-Experience in simulation of turbomachinery is a key asset.

-English language is mandatory, French is an asset.

Account Manager in the Turbomachinery Industry to join the NUMECA USA team based in North America (location flexible).  In this role you will manage direct software and service sales to existing key accounts and new customers in the Turbomachinery Industry. Responsibilities will include:

• Identifying new accounts with direct sales calls and follow up on marketing and conference leads
• Leading account development plans for existing customers
• Reporting and forecasting sales objectives

 

Required experience and knowledge:

• Master's Degree in Engineering, MBA is a plus
• Technical knowledge of Turbomachinery design methodologies
• Background in CFD and CAE methods is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and self-starter attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preference for candidates with good customer-hunting skills
• Business travels across the USA: up to 40%

 

 

Account Manager in the Marine Industry to join the NUMECA USA team based in North America (location flexible).  In this role you will manage direct software and service sales to existing key accounts and new customers in the Marine Industry.  Responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and contacting new accounts including follow up on marketing and conference leads
• Leading account development plans for existing customers
• Interacting closely with the Product Manager and the Application Engineering Team on customers’ technical requirements.

 

Required experience and knowledge:

• Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture and/or Marine Engineering
• Proven experience with CFD and CAE methods for Marine applications
• Strong organizational skills and self-starter attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Business travels across the USA: up to 40%

 

 

Several Application Engineers, to join its world-class CFD engineering team in Brussels. In this role, you will perform simulation, analysis and optimization in response to customer requests for support or benchmarks projects. You will be in contact with our customers providing expert advices, methodologies, benchmarks, training and guidance on the use of our software. Required skills:

• A master degree in Fluid Mechanics is a prerequisite
• Prior experience with industrial CFD package is an asset.

 

 

Several CFD Development Engineers and Scientists, to join its R&D CFD group in Brussels. In this role you will participate to the development of NUMECA main CFD solvers and related software. Required skills:

• A PhD in CAE or Computer Science, or equivalent expertise, with a strong background in CFD software development is an asset;
• Specific expertise in area such as parallel HPC computation, multi-phase, multiphysics, combustion, fluid/structure interaction, turbomachinery or aero-acoustic is an asset;
• Good experience with C++ programming and software development

 

 

A CFD Software Testing and Validation Engineer, to join its Product Quality team in Brussels and Bangalore. In this role, you will contribute to the testing and validation of new versions of NUMECA products throughout their development and release life cycles, making sure product foundations and advanced new functionalities are robust and accurate. The role will involve testing a wide variety of software features, therefore the candidate must demonstrate quick learning skills, being methodic, able to prioritize projects while working independently or as part of a team. Additional skills :

• A master degree in Fluid Mechanics is a prerequisite;
• First experience in testing industrial CFD package is an important asset;
• Experience with scripting languages, documentation, CFD best practices and methods is a plus.
